You might enjoy a cloudy pet‑nat from Emilia Romagna, or a fragrant Sangiovese. Each bottle is chosen to complement the toppings on our pizzas. A crisp pét‑nat cuts through the richness of cured meats; a skin‑contact white stands up to earthy mushrooms and truffles; a light red pairs beautifully with Margherita.
